As a homage to one of the greatest sports franchises in history as well as New York’s winning spirit, toughness and pride, Ronnie Fieg and team have redesigned the iconic Yankees on-field cap with subtle details, including a gold-plated KITH emblem adorning the front. What’s more is that the right side of this special release features the 1996 World Series patch, reminding us of the wonderful season the Bronx Bombers had reclaiming their throne almost 20 years ago.
The KITH x New Era New York Yankees “World Series” 59FIFTY will be limited to only 250 hats worldwide. It will release this Sunday, July 5 at 10 a.m. EST, exclusively in-store at KITH Manhattan. Customers who purchase the hat will receive a voucher to pick up the actual hat at the KITH Pop-Up Shop in Yankee Stadium on July 7, as well as tickets to attend the game that night. Customers will also receive a special collectible set of KITH Baseball Cards, featuring the New York icons in the above lookbook.
