Don’t Bite Daddy, the New York/Philly collective, just released the second edition of their video magazine, DBD. The quarterly releases are content compiled from Don’t Bite Daddy’s artist and filmmaker members during the time between drops. Following volume 1, the Don’t Bite Daddy boys just released DBD vol. 2 featuring a cypher between Wiki and Denzel Curry, a vignette of NY sludge band Show Me the Body, a inside view from within the Freddie Gray protests in both NY and Baltimore, a highlight of graffiti artist LIBRE, and a skate section with NYC skaters Adam Zhu and Tommy St. Germain. The nearly 10 minute visual magazines closes with jarring footage of gang unification in Baltimore, also during the Freddie Gray protests.
Appropriately, with the DBD Volume 2 release, “Don’t Be Scared” t-shirts are available here. Check them and peep the mag above.
