Rei Kawakubo taps a traditional pastime for the latest lineup from COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus.
For Spring/Summer 2016, Rei Kawakubo has tapped scenes from a traditional British pastime, hunting, through relaxed suits and elongated attire. Featuring a palette of predominantly brown, green, beige and black, the collection incorporates unique ways of revealing its layers through purposeful slashes. Furthermore, special metal embellishments are hand-sewn onto select pieces, reaffirming the overarching theme. All of the outfits are juxtaposed with black and white polka dots shoes, which inject COMME des GARÇONS‘s signature throughout.
