The father/son fashion duo known as Casely-Hayford have unveiled the line’s latest at London Collections: Men. Known for their grunge aesthetic, conveyed by tailored, elongated pieces and layered ensembles, the British designers have effectively merged formal wear with the brand’s integral affinity towards the flair of UK streetwear. Casely-Hayford’s 2016 spring/summer collection features a balance of geometric prints and shapes against a splash of color. Runway pieces include oversized jackets donning multi-color linear designs; asymmetrical tops, a pair of eye-catching, green trousers, bag accessories also sporting the season’s geometric print, solid loose-fitting shorts, elongated blazers, full dresswear looks and an assortment of different printed tees. An overarching theme of uniting the dark of a black or grey with the bright burst of green, red and blue has been beautifully executed.
