Google Trends is probably the single best place to find out what’s currently trending on the search engine — and the internet as a whole — and now the tech giant is taking a look back at 2015 through the lens of its searches. Simply dubbed “A Year in Search 2015,” the microsite offers an in-depth breakdown of everything from politics and current events to sports and entertainment. The top searches of the year can be explored globally or even broken down by individual country so you can see what was on the minds of those near you.
