NFL Thursday Night Football Gets a Burst of Color From Nike
Brightening up your Thursday night.
Back in 1965 the NFL made history by delivering its first color broadcast ever on Thanksgiving Day. As a salute to the past, Nike and the NFL will host an array of ‘Color Rush’ uniforms that will feature teams’ historic or primary colors. The ‘Color Burst’ collection will debut on the field November 12 as the Buffalo Bills take on the New York Jets. Other teams that are set to follow suit are the Tennessee Titans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and St. Louis Rams. Jerseys will be available to purchase one week prior to each weekly matchup via Nike’s site.
