Fans of Family Guy were in for a treat at the 2014 New York Comic-Con when Peter Griffin materialized in the flesh to spew out his trademark lines. Playing the character to a T is aspiring voice actor Robert Franzese, who has always had an affinity for naturally picking up the precise mannerisms and intonations of his favorite characters merely from watching cartoon shows. Spurred by the immediate positive reactions to his impersonation of Peter Griffin, as well as his physical resemblance, Franzese has now established himself as a fan favorite at the annual convention.
