If you’ve ever thought about interning at adidas but were unsure where to start, Complex has asked the company’s design recruiter, Andy Shearer, on what it takes to join the team. Shearer covers everything from what it takes to obtain the internship, to what the job would actually entail — and it doesn’t include the coffee runs and menial errands you’d expect.
