Following the cancelation of their January 2015 trade show at Berlin’s Tempelhof Airport and after filing for insolvency during December last year, a new concept has been released brandishing Bread & Butter‘s reputation. Simply titled “Back to the Street,” the guerrilla trade show will take part within the walls of their own facilities in Berlin’s Mitte – including that of their headquarters and in “The Blue Yard” situated around the corner at Münzstrasse 21.
In a recent statement from Karl-Heinz Müller, he states “I am very happy to welcome like-minded people to our home in order to showcase parts of their collections. We are looking forward to have a lot of guests from the industry, trade and press at our venue. On Tuesday evening, 20 January from 6 pm on there will be a get-together in the atrium of the Blue Yard. You are cordially invited.”
The new event will run from Monday 19 to Wednesday 21 January and will surely mark a new era for Berlin’s infamous fashion week. More information can be found here.
