Zalando and Calvin Klein’s Music Event Invited Berlin to Go OFFLINE
With only point-and-shoot cameras to capture the night, the unfiltered moments now anchor a new Fall 2026 campaign.
Back in August, Zalando and Calvin Klein hosted an exclusive, closed-door music event in Berlin built around a single message: presence, IRL.
Pivoting from digital performativity, attendees stepped into a zero-signal space to let real-world energy take center stage. Instead of smartphones, they were handed point-and-shoot cameras to capture singer Lourdes Leon’s performance and the room’s unscripted atmosphere from their own perspective.
Now, those candid images resurface as Calvin Klein’s Fall 2026 campaign. Departing from traditional polished editorials, the visuals present an authentic look at the clothing in motion. From shots of Lourdes preparing backstage to support act Lexii caught moments before taking the decks, the storytelling captures how minimalist outfits of leather jackets, tank tops, and denim interact in real moments with garments switched out and layers shed.
Beyond documenting the pieces, the campaign cements the core focus of presence, IRL at the OFFLINE experience. The zero-signal policy became a framework that allowed guests to command the space, get lost in the raw energy of the music, and build unrecorded connections in real time.
