Retrospect: Tried + True

Our latest Retrospect video takes us back, not too far back, but just far enough for nostalgia to kick in. Joined by Tried + True founders Ricky Li and Crystal Robles, we take a look at some of the store’s carefully curated pieces. To them, it is more than just clothing. Each piece embodies a story along with an emotion evoking memory attached to it — from the highs to lows, these aged garments act like time capsules and transport us to the various junctures in our lives. From gems such as Fido Dido, Polo Ralph Lauren, and even Moschino, Li and Robles showcase their personal favourites and educate us on why they, like many others, refuse to let go of the past.
