Wrapping up the summer season and readying fall, Converse has unveiled a new look to its Chuck Taylor All-Star silhouette. Taking to the Asia-Pacific region for its debut, this sneaker is the first of its kind to utilize a colorful weave complexion. Enlisting the help of stunning hand-woven craftsmanship, the iconic silhouette is re-imagined using contrasting egret color strips to create a modern, bold rainbow-textured upper. The sneaker is offset by a crisp, solid midsole and toecap, and finished with white accents at the heel tab, lining, logo patch and tongue label. The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Color Weave will be available at Converse stores in China and South Korea on October 1, at the Converse China online store on October 8, and followed by a release in Hong Kong and Taiwan from October 17. Pricing for China will be set at $800 RMB (approximately $130 USD) for the high-top and $770 RMB (approximately $125 USD) for the ox.
