Check Out the Trailer for the Upcoming 'Gotham' TV Series

Fox will soon be debuting its Batman prequel series Gotham this fall. The story explores the origins of the caped crusader’s staunchest ally, James Gordon, before he became commissioner among other recognizable figures from the Batman universe including The Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler and Poison Ivy. Naturally, expect the series to further delve into the back-story of a young Bruce Wayne as he learns to cope with the murder of his parents and confront his fears. The series stars Ben McKenzie as James Gordon as well as Jada Pinkett Smith and Donal Logue. Stay tuned for more updates as the series premiere approaches.
