Following the announcement of Pharrell‘s latest collaboration with French trunk and travel goods maker, Moynat, we now have a better look at the products being offered. The collection boasts a series of handbags with a recurring train motif, which spawned as a result of Pharrell’s visit to the label’s Paris atelier a year ago, where he was intrigued with an image of a train on an old vintage Moynat trunk. Consisting of four bags, the collection includes a hand-tooled minaudière, an ebony clutch, and two separate pochettes, each decorated with premium leather bounding and patterned graphics. The Pharrell x Moynat Handbag Collection is set for three separate launches starting at colette Paris on October 13, Moynat boutiques on October 20, and Isetan Shinjuku in Tokyo and New York’s Dover Street Market later in 2014.
