Virgil Abloh, KAWS, and More Featured in Apple's 'Behind the Mac' Campaign
Alongside Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams, and more.
Coinciding with the rollout of its updated MacBook Air, iPad Pro, and Mac Mini, Apple has joined forces with an extended cast of creatives for its continued “Behind the Mac” campaign. The series, entitled “Make Something Wonderful,” captures celebrities in an assemblage of found photos working on their MacBooks, paying homage to Mac’s ubiquity within popular culture.
The slideshow includes the likes of Virgil Abloh, Oprah Winfrey, Dave Grohl, Serena Williams, Timbaland, and more. Artist KAWS has even been featured on a billboard of the campaign in Brooklyn close to where Apple announced its new products, as seen in the photo below. Other showcased artists include producer RZA, publisher Julia Moak, AI visionary Stephanie Dinkins, among others.
