Spending more than $25,000 USD on the upgrades, CR graced the Mustang with a 427 ci Ford Performance engine with a Procharger F1-R supercharger offering up more than 800 horsepower. The Shelby legacy remains in the GT500CR through Shelby performance parts, racks and pinion steering, as well as race-inspired suspension and oversized disc brakes.
