Omar Apollo has delivered a live performance video of tracks from his sophomore album God Said No. Released late last month, the project weaves an emotional narrative of grief, loss and longing in the aftermath of a breakup.

For the live performance, Apollo was joined by a 14-piece ensemble in a light-filled room with the musicians and backup singers casually scattered across a lofted platform. Throughout the video, the singer delivers renditions of the tracks “Dispose of Me,” “Drifting,” “Glow,” and “Done With You.”

The performance was directed by David Heofs and co-produced by Pokey Spears and Eddie Espinoza.

In August, Apollo will be heading on a roughly two-month-long tour supporting God Said No. Kicking off in Indianapolis on August 20, he’ll be making stops in Chicago, Philadelphia, Columbus, Atlanta, Miami and more. Along the way, he’ll be supported by openers Kevin Abstract, Ravyn Lenae and Malcom Todd.
