Vandy The Pink is growing its relationship with Clarks, bashing out jarring collaborations that uphold uniqueness. The brand released Skeleton Wallabee‘s late last year and teased embellished mules this summer, cooking up a hamburger-inspired drop for its second partnership.
Clarks Originals has tapped several creatives throughout 2023, seeing Stüssy, Kurupt FM, and Daniëlle Cathari dress the Wallabee boot in vibrant styles. Vandy The Pink’s scrumptious interpretation invites us to chow down with tan suede uppers and embroidered toe boxes. The latter emulates a toasted seeded bun with white oval-shaped sprinkles.
Co-branded fobs complete the design while classic burger ingredients hang from the laces, including a meat patty, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Crispy French fries grease up the insoles stacked atop traditional crepe sole units.
Vandy The Pink’s fast food fascinations are evident across his work, recently releasing Burger Ottoman chairs inspired by his 2019 Vandy Burger character. From burger plush toys to string bags and outerwear, the brand is feasting its way toward global domination.
