Eton Pays Tribute to The Beatles With New Shirting Capsule

Luxury shirting purveyor Eton has lifted the veil on a fresh capsule of button-up tops inspired by The Beatles. The range, which is set to launch this fall, includes eight lauding designs, each arriving in a bespoke green box referencing the legendary band’s Apple record label.

Crafted by Eton’s creative director, Sebastian Dollinger, the collection nods to the record-breaking British group’s discography with a slew of key motifs. Among them, the brand puts forth the “HELP! Shirt,” saluting The Beatles’ fifth studio album with a small illustration on the chest, and the “Abbey Road Shirt,” which playfully reinvents the band’s famous Abbey Road album artwork with an all-over print.

Elsewhere, Dollinger created a modern iteration of Paul McCartney’s famous striped shirt from the Get Back documentary, transforming the silhouette with fine Italian silk. The designer also renewed John Lennon’s signature top from the film, pointing to the pivotal era that followed the band’s Let It Be album.

Pumped with nostalgia, the collection marks the first of several from Eton that will be inspired by The Beatles. According to the brand, future drops will feature additional creative shirts, as well as accessories including ties, scarves and pocket squares.

The collection will arrive online and in Eton stores beginning this November. Prices will range between $95 USD and $525 USD. Take a closer look at the initial drop in the gallery above.
