YOON is a Korean-American designer, blogger, DJ, international style icon and co-founder of Japanese jewelry brand AMBUSH®. YOON is also on the board of creative directors for VEXABOX, a division of Avex, one of Japan’s biggest record labels, where she helps with many corporate clients and artists. YOON co-founded AMBUSH® in 2008 together with her now-husband, designer and Japanese rapper VERBAL. What began as an experimental jewelry line that aimed to capture a Tokyo aesthetic has now progressed into a leading unisex jewelry brand known for its idiosyncratic and eclectic styles that are also embodied by the personal styles of VERBAL and YOON. The duo is considered an important intersection point across several cultural pillars.
