Description
Raf Simons’ legacy is rooted in his youth, with school uniforms, new wave music and punk deconstruction all playing a part in his eponymous menswear brand’s design ethos. Beyond the Raf Simons brand, which includes partnerships with KVADRAT, adidas, Dr. Martens and Eastpak, Simons has held creative director positions at Jil Sander, Dior and Calvin Klein, with his work at each label receiving critical acclaim. Never one to play to convention, Simons has since joined Miuccia Prada as her fashion house’s first-ever co-creative director.
