Seiko has expanded its beloved Presage Cocktail Time collection with three new “Crushed Ice” creations: the HCB001 “Mint Mist,” HCB002 “Emerald Mist” and HCB003 “Whisky Mist.”
Inspired by the sophisticated atmosphere and artistry of Tokyo’s renowned Star Bar in the Ginza district, this new trio honors Japanese craftsmanship through distinctive, cocktail-themed aesthetics. By blending the brand’s trusted watchmaking expertise with mixology-inspired creativity, these timepieces provide a refined expression of character and elegance that builds seamlessly upon the collection’s popular dress watch heritage.
At the heart of all three models are meticulously textured dials that feature an “eccentric gradient” effect, artfully designed to evoke the look of sparkling crushed ice caught under the warm glow of bar spotlights. Presented in striking blue, green, and brown tones, each dial is accented by flowing, curved hour and minute hands. To further emphasize the collection’s deep connection to cocktail culture, the seconds hand is elegantly shaped to resemble a traditional drink stirrer. While each model possesses its own unique charm, the “Mint Mist” and “Whisky Mist” references are distinctly finished with brown, sustainable LWG-certified leather straps, adding a touch of timeless, eco-conscious appeal.
Designed for both seasoned collectors and casual enthusiasts, these new releases balance standout dial architecture with comfortable, everyday wearability. Priced at £420 GBP (approx. $560 USD), the three new “Crush Ice” Presage Cocktail Time watches are now available for pre-order via Seiko’s official boutique platforms, with initial deliveries slated to begin in August.
