  • Bad Bunny and adidas have unveiled a highly exclusive “Puerto Rico” baseball cleat version of the artist’s brand-new signature sneaker, the BadBo 1.0
  • Debuted ahead of the 2026 World Baseball Classic by national team players including Kiké Hernández and Edwin Díaz, the premium cleats feature a light blue, deep blue, and cream color palette inspired by the team’s jerseys
  • While currently designated as a “Player Exclusive” strictly for the Puerto Rican squad, rumors suggest a wider commercial release for the BadBo 1.0 baseball cleats may arrive later this year

The 2026 World Baseball Classic is officially underway, and Team Puerto Rico is stepping up to the plate with unmatched style. Continuing his massive partnership with the Three Stripes, global superstar Bad Bunny has gifted his home country’s national baseball team an exclusive, field-ready version of his very first signature silhouette: the adidas BadBo 1.0.

First teased earlier this year during his highly publicized Super Bowl LX halftime performance, Benito’s BadBo 1.0 is already making waves off the stage and onto the diamond. The special “Puerto Rico” cleat edition was proudly unveiled on social media by national team players, including José De León, Edwin Díaz, Martín Maldonado and Kiké Hernández.

Perfectly matching the team’s uniforms, the cleats boast a stunning two-tone blue and cream palette. The premium upper utilizes light baby blue and cream leather as a base, dynamically contrasted by deep blue suede overlays that creep up the side panels. To cement its national identity, the lateral ankle features a vibrant red embroidered “PR” monogram, while Bad Bunny’s “BB” initials add a subtle touch of exclusivity from the artist himself.

For now, the Bad Bunny x adidas BadBo 1.0 “Puerto Rico” cleats remain a strict “Player Exclusive” reserved solely for the national squad during the World Baseball Classic. However, baseball players and sneakerheads alike should keep their eyes peeled, as a wider public release for the BadBo 1.0 cleat model is heavily rumored to hit retail shelves later this season.
