ARNETTE’s RAVEN Sunglasses Make a Comeback in New Season Collection
The ‘90s icon that will take you from day to night this summer.
Famously worn by Tom Cruise in 1996 film Jerry Maguire, ARNETTE’s original RAVEN sunglasses were a paradigm of ‘90s fashion. With its iconic oval frame and wraparound composition, the silhouette that once underscored the era’s sports-led trends is now making its return in the brand’s latest collection.
Reimagined for modern style, the RAVEN appears with newly injected temples, an impact-resistant frame and, on some iterations, statement mirrored lenses. As well as accentuating the dynamic look of the sunglasses, the latest features are designed to complement the gradient and monochromatic colorways.
Another key component to the build is the use of a bio-based nylon. Making up the main frame, the material brings a lightweight quality to the sunglasses while being molded in a way that maintains its signature curves and athletic style.
Elsewhere in the collection, ARNETTE also drops an array of brand new silhouettes – ranging from technical frames to versatile everyday sunglasses with clip-on lenses. Similar to the RAVEN, these are also crafted from bio-based and recycled materials through to their packaging, pouches and cleaning cloths.
