French couture house Schiaparelli has officially planted its flag in Asia, selecting Hong Kong’s Landmark for its first permanent regional salon. This appointment-only destination in Central represents a major milestone, moving beyond temporary pop-ups to provide a lasting sanctuary for the maison’s East Asian clientele.

Envisioned by Creative Director Daniel Roseberry and architecture firm Halleroed, the 1,700-square-foot space eschews traditional retail layouts for a surrealist, immersive environment. The design pays homage to the brand’s historic 21 Place Vendôme roots while introducing bold, contemporary provocations. Standout features include a VIP suite designed as a private residence and a gold-mosaic bathroom centered around a solid gold toilet – a nod to the house’s legacy of transforming functional objects into fine art.

CEO Delphine Bellini highlighted the strategic importance of the city, stating, “Hong Kong has long held a very particular place in the world of luxury. It is a city where cultural sophistication, international outlook and an understanding of exceptional craftsmanship coexist in a natural way.” By joining the prestigious luxury ecosystem at Landmark, Schiaparelli reinforces its hyper-exclusive growth strategy, prioritizing rarity and cultural intimacy over mass-market scale.
