Hender Scheme’s latest addition to its Manual Industrial Products line is the MIP-34, which nods to another Nike sneaker, the Air Max 97. Cow and goat leather work harmoniously throughout the upper, crafting a layered look with alternating “Natural” hues. Meanwhile, pig leather is present at the plush lining while the brand’s “H” motif serves as the only branding note and is hidden at the sockliner. Leather and rubber come together at the smooth sole, which backs each pair and can be upgraded with a rubber reinforcement at an additional cost. As with all of Hender Scheme’s goods, the natural leathers are meant to age, resulting in a unique patina for each pair that darkens over time.
