Credor has unveiled the Goldfeather Imari Nabeshima Porcelain Dial Limited Edition, a timepiece that harmonizes fine watchmaking with the historic artistry of Japanese porcelain. Created in collaboration with the prestigious Hataman Touen kiln, the watch celebrates Okawachiyama, also known as the “village of secret kilns,” where Imari Nabeshima ware was once produced exclusively for the shogunate. This limited edition reflects the Goldfeather’s modern identity — reborn in 2023 to capture the thin, light and graceful qualities of a feather.
The watch is spotlighted by a translucent white porcelain dial that features a captivating cobalt blue gradation. Its intricate design includes alternating feather motifs: deep blue feathers applied before glazing and transparent feathers added over the glazed surface. To achieve its soft blue tones and signature curvature, the dial undergoes five separate firings and is precisely ground to a thickness of approximately one millimeter. This delicate porcelain is housed in a 37.1mm stainless steel case and is powered by the Caliber 6890, an ultra-thin manual-winding movement measuring just 1.98mm in thickness.
Set for release in February 2026, the Credor Goldfeather Imari Nabeshima is limited to just 60 pieces worldwide. The movement’s refined finish and the Hataman Touen logo are visible through a see-through sapphire caseback. The watch is paired with a blue crocodile strap and carries a recommended retail price in Europe of €15,000 (approx. $17,528 USD).
