Kicking off 2026, Dutch artist Parra is reuniting with OTW by Vans to reimagine the classic Old Skool 36. This collaboration follows their popular 2024 release of the Half Cab and delves deeper into Parra’s signature whimsical, post-pop style, transforming the sneaker into a piece of wearable art.
The design is instantly recognizable through Parra’s characteristic wavy suede paneling and a bold, high-contrast color scheme. Blue suede on the toe box and lace stay provides a solid base, contrasted by the artist’s trademark pink that sweeps across the ankle in an overlapping wave pattern. Notably, the traditional Sidestripe is entirely removed, replaced instead by layered, undulating motifs that create a striking 3D effect. An asymmetrical touch completes the look, featuring a black medial side paired with an orange suede heel.
