Summary

  • A collaboration between Double Chicken Please and street artist FAUST is running for one month, starting September 19.
  • The partnership features FAUST’s calligraphic art at the bar’s location in Lower Manhattan and limited-edition merchandise for purchase.

Double Chicken Please, Lower Manhattan’s award-winning cocktail bar, has teamed up with acclaimed street artist FAUST for an exclusive, limited-time collaboration that merges cocktail culture and street art as fixtures of urban life.

Rooted in the Lower East Side of New York, both names are known for pushing creative boundaries in their respective fields. From Nike sneaker collabs to public graffiti installations, FAUST has used his calligraphic work across a variety of mediums.  Double Chicken Please also works between various realms at its core, specializing in its food-flavored cocktails.

The partnership celebrates the vibrant community that connects both the artist and the bar to the neighborhood. Like many Lower East Side establishments, Double Chicken Please’s storefront has often been tagged time and time again, becoming an organic part of the area’s creative pulse. Instead of covering it up, the team has embraced this in partnership with FAUST, transforming chance graffiti into a meaningful collaboration. As part of the initiative, the bar has been reimagined into a living canvas, featuring FAUST’s signature handstyle woven into site-specific installations and custom design elements.

To complement the launch, a limited-edition collaborative glassware set featuring FAUST’s artwork and exclusive T-shirts are available for purchase in-store and online.  The collaboration is open to the public on September 19th and will run for one month at Double Chicken Please’s Allen Street location.

The FAUST x Double Chicken Please merch will also be available at HBX upon release.
