Dubbed the 808 LRO, the sneaker pays tribute to Roland’s legendary TR-808 drum machine — a cornerstone of early hip-hop, electro and dance music. The shoe’s design draws from the rhythm machine’s retro aesthetic, featuring vibrant accents, tonal paneling and a translucent sole that echoes the colorful LED interface of the TR-808.
