Mercedes-Benz has officially teased the next-generation GLC, an all-electric SUV that reimagines the brand’s design language. Set to debut at the IAA Mobility show in Munich on September 7, 2025, the new GLC features a bold reinterpretation of the Mercedes grille—now a design centerpiece rendered in a smoked-glass lattice, framed in chrome and lined with optional animated contour lighting. The grille alone reflects the brand’s updated “Sensual Purity” philosophy, emphasizing minimalism, clarity and high-tech elegance. As the first production model to embody this new aesthetic direction, the electric GLC represents both a nod to Mercedes’ storied heritage and a leap into the future.
Beyond its exterior, the GLC is also the first vehicle in a new family powered by MB.OS, Mercedes-Benz’s proprietary operating system. Inside, an all-new MBUX Hyperscreen enhances the driver experience with seamless digital integration and elevated comfort.
