Nissan is taking its full-size SUV into high-performance territory with the debut of the 2026 Armada NISMO. Tuned by the brand’s in-house motorsports division, the new flagship variant delivers 460 hp from a twin-turbo 3.5L V6, making it the most powerful Armada ever produced. This 35-hp bump, available when using premium fuel, is paired with a less restrictive, louder exhaust system, amplifying the on-road driving experience.
The Armada NISMO also features recalibrated electric power steering and an Adaptive Electronic Air Suspension for sharper, more engaging handling. The performance package is rounded out by exclusive forged wheels and high-performance NISMO tires. Visually, the SUV gets a bold transformation with a revised front and rear fascia, fender flares, red-painted brake calipers and a new rear spoiler. A unique Stealth Gray paint option completes the aggressive look.
Inside, the upgrades continue with quilted leather-appointed seats featuring red accents, adjustable seat bolsters, aluminum pedals and NISMO badging throughout. Nissan’s new NISMO variant joins the existing Armada trims — SV, SL, Platinum, PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve — and represents the sportiest version of the lineup. The new NISMO Armada is expected to arrive at dealerships this fall.
