Shake Shack has introduced the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake to select locations in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. This limited-time offering draws inspiration from the viral Dubai chocolate bar, a confection known for its blend of pistachio cream and knafeh, which gained international fame through social media earlier this year.

The shake features real pistachio frozen custard blended with toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), cased in a crackable dark chocolate shell and topped with chopped pistachios and additional crunchy kataifi. This combination aims to replicate the rich textures and flavors that made the original Dubai chocolate bar a global sensation.

Initially launched in Middle Eastern Shake Shack locations in February, the shake’s popularity has prompted its debut in the U.S. Due to the premium ingredients and detailed preparation, availability is limited, with each participating location offering a set number of shakes daily for in-person purchases only.
