‘Enola Holmes 3’ Is in the Works With Millie Bobby Brown Back on the Case
Henry Cavill and Helena Bonham Carter will also reprise their roles.
Enola Holmes 3 is officially underway, with the third film now in production. Millie Bobby Brown returns as the brilliant younger sister of Sherlock Holmes — this time taking her sleuthing skills overseas to Malta, while also navigating her blossoming relationship with Tewkesbury.
The film is directed by Philip Barantini, best known for his one-shot thriller Adolescence, with a screenplay by Jack Thorne, who also wrote the first two Enola Holmes films based on Nancy Springer’s beloved book series. Fan-favorite cast members are back, including Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, Himesh Patel as Dr. John Watson and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty.
Millie Bobby Brown also reprises her role as producer via her company PCMA Productions, alongside Bobby Brown, Mary Parent, Ali Mendes and Alex Garcia for Legendary Entertainment. While there’s no release date just yet, Netflix confirms that production has officially begun.
