Last year, adidas Originals and Brain Dead linked up on a dual-minded edition of the storied adidas’ Stan Smith sneaker. After the duo found its collaborative footing with the well-received footwear drop, the Los Angeles-based streetwear outfitter is once again teaming with the footwear imprint on a fully fledged Spring/Summer 2025 collection that reimagines the adidas Forest Hills silhouette.

With tennis culture at the core of the collection, Brain Dead and adidas are, per a press release, seeking to “challenge the conventional look and feel typically associated with tennis and country club tennis culture.”

It is the new take on the Forest Hills that is the centerfold of the new delivery; the silhouette debuted back in 1976, designed to be the lightest tennis shoe of its time, weighing just 8.7 ounces and equipped with a ventilation system inspired by aerospace engineering.

The two-toned offering features a hairy suede upper, leather stripes, and co-branded accenting. As for the apparel, the range follows suit, spanning graphic-ridden track tops, crewnecks, and t-shirts, while polos, shorts, and track pants.

Take a closer look at the entire adidas Originals x Brain Dead SS25 collection in the lookbook above and expect the range to drop for purchase at both Brain Dead and adidas’ webstores, select adidas storefronts and HBX on April 25.
