KEEN‘s classic Newport Sandal has been reimagined by Paris-based Études Studio in a refined model boasting the brand’s minimalistic monogram. Photographed by Grégoire Dyer, a poetically choreographed campaign conceptualized by Pauline Lavogez showcases the two colorways in close engagement with the models’ undulating movements.

Originally designed for wet conditions, the Newport sandal is constructed with a durable body featuring KEEN’s prominent toe bumper to protect the wearer’s feet and razor-siped soles for optimal traction. The replaceable bungee cord system allows for an easy slide into the hybridized uppers. Offered in a black and a green colorway, the uppers are covered in the brand’s sans-serif É monogram and feature touches of its signature blue hue.


KEEN’s durable footwear designs have gained increased attention with a number of contemporary collaborators and updated models fit for both city streets and nature treks. With Madhappy, KEEN opted for an even more directional silhouette with the futuristic Shanti Clog, while with Gramicci, the brand updated the Jasper Zionic with hairy suede uppers.

The Études Studio x KEEN Newport Sandal is out now at the label’s online and physical retail channels, as well as at the KEEN website.
