Jessie Reyez Readies New Album With Sixth Single, "PSILOCYBIN & DAISIES"
‘PAID IN MEMORIES’ – which features Ari Lennox, Lil Wayne, Big Sean and Miguel – lands later this month.

Despite her third studio album’s release date nearing, Jessie Reyez isn’t slowing down. With PAID IN MEMORIES due out March 28, the songstress has dropped off a solid selection of singles leading up to its release; the latest is entitled “PSILOCYBIN & DAISIES.”
Marking the sixth pre-release single, the cut comes equipped with an interpolation of the Smashing Pumpkins’ song “1979.”
“Some music is indisputably timeless. To be able to cheat and get an ingredient from a timeless song and contribute it to my own is an industry hack that I’d be dumb not to use. Thanks to Billy for blessing me. Thanks to The Smashing Pumpkins. Thanks to mushrooms. And thanks to me,” Reyez said in a statement.
Along with the single, Reyez confirmed the official PAID IN MEMORIES release date, which will follow up 2022’s Yessie and comes with features from Ari Lennox, Lil Wayne, Big Sean and Miguel. She also unveiled the official cover art, which is a photo from her eighth-grade yearbook.
“I am grateful. I continue to find my way. And in love, in money, in spirit and memories. B*tch I’m f*cking paid,” she wrote in the Instagram caption.
