JOURNAL STANDARD relume and Avirex are set to launch a special collaboration, reimagining the classic L-2B Flight Jacket. This edition takes the iconic mid-1950s silhouette and gives it a modern update with a vintage-inspired aesthetic.

The jacket will be available in two distinct colorways: a classic faded khaki, reminiscent of the original L-2B, and a rich brown that blends military refinement with a vintage feel. While maintaining the timeless shape of the original, the jacket has been updated with a more contemporary and refined fit. A notable feature that distinguishes this collaboration is the omission of the traditional orange lining found in standard flight jackets. Finally, a stonewashing process is applied to achieve a realistic worn-in look, even straight off the rack.

Priced at ¥30,800 JPY (approx. $200 USD), the JOURNAL STANDARD relume x Avirex L-2B Flight Jacket is scheduled for release online in mid-January.
