Secretlab Teams Up with McLaren for Racing-Inspired Ergonomic Chair

Secretlab and McLaren Racing have teamed up to release the Secretlab TITAN Evo McLaren Edition — the world’s first ergonomic chair inspired by McLaren’s six-decade legacy of innovation in motorsport and automotive design.
Paying homage to Bruce McLaren’s pioneering vision in 1963, the chair blends McLaren’s high-performance engineering with Secretlab’s expertise in ergonomic design. Its striking design draws inspiration from McLaren’s signature elements, including papaya accents and a hexagonal grille pattern reminiscent of McLaren Automotive’s iconic aesthetic. The backrest’s carbon fiber leatherette panels nod to the groundbreaking use of carbon fiber in McLaren’s 1981 MP4/1 Formula 1 car.
The chair also celebrates McLaren Racing’s remarkable 2024 Formula 1 season and its first Constructors’ Championship win since 1998, embodying the team’s relentless pursuit of technical innovation.
Designed for both comfort and performance, the TITAN Evo McLaren Edition is outfitted with Secretlab’s proprietary ergonomic technologies. It features medium-firm cold-cure foam for optimal weight distribution, a sculpted pebble seat base for enhanced posture and a 4-way L-ADAPT lumbar support system that dynamically adjusts to the user’s movements. Upholstered in premium microsuede, the chair offers a sleek yet durable finish.
Accompanying the chair is the Secretlab Lumbar Pillow Pro McLaren Edition, crafted from PlushCell memory foam for personalized back support. Engineered to complement the chair’s lumbar system, it ensures maximum comfort for long hours of use. Details on price and availability have yet to be shared at the time of writing.
