MING has introduced the 37.09 Uni, a new limited-edition dive watch inspired by the celebrated sea urchin delicacy, uni.

Following the success of the 37.09 Bluefin, which was awarded the Sports Watch Prize at GPHG 2024, the watch brand continues its culinary inspiration with this latest creation. In homage to the sea urchin, the watch brings a new fresh take to its signature aesthetics, thus introducing the MING reference to incorporate orange emission Super-LumiNova.

Featuring a robust build, the watch also draws parallels to the sea urchin’s durable characteristics and highly recognizable color palette. Housed in a 38mm DLC-coated case, the timepiece also lives up to its inspiration and aquatic namesake with an impressive 600-meter water resistance.

Beating at its core, the automatic Sellita for MING SW300.M1 movement ensures optimal reliability and performance, offering a power reserve of approximately 50 hours at full wind. The watch is paired with a molded FKM rubber strap, fastened with a DLC-coated flying blade tuck buckle to ensure a comfortable and secure wear that is also waterproof.

Limited to only 150 pieces, the 37.09 Uni will be available via MING’s official website for the price of 5,250 CHF (approx. $5,793 USD) starting January 23, 8 a.m. ET.
