It’s been just over a year since Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God finally debuted its Fear of God Athletics line with adidas. Since then, the duo has dropped many footwear projects, with the most recent being the Fear of God Athletics II Basketball — arriving as both a mid and high-top.
Adding to the expanding list of new silhouettes from the partnership, the Fear of God Athletics Trainer has just been spotted. Appearing first in this “Night Brown” colorway, the forefoot of the shoe is presented in a sandy brown suede while the rear favors a chocolate brown suede. The midfoot carries a large black strap that reaches over the lacing system while the heel of the midsole features six rope-like layers. A semi-translucent sole unit rounds things out in a milky white as the branding elements visible in this initial preview are limited to a tonal adidas wordmark at the toe and the Three Stripes at the lace toggle.
At the time of writing, neither adidas nor Fear of God have discussed when their collaborative Fear of God Athletics Trainer will make its debut.
