The "Devil’s in the Details" for Pas Une Marque's AW25 Collection

The new range from the Parisian label revels in the beauty of nuance.

Pas Une Marque – French for “not a brand” – has lifted the veil on its latest ready-to-wear range, and, once again, it’s rooted in duality and nuance. Following up the outfitter’s “Threads of Dissonance” and “Embroidery of Disruption” comes “Devil’s in the Details,” a collection that combines “conflicting” components of texture and tailoring to envision a visage of intricately designed garments.

Sophisticated structured tailoring is enmeshed with raw textures and Peruvian fibers are paired with reworked denim, serving as a direct interplay of opposites. With its goal of disrupting the traditional menswear scene at the core of the collection, the label focuses on reimagining some of its signature silhouettes – just with new mixtures of materials; try corduroy blended with denim.

Elsewhere, Pas Une Marque plays with trompe-l’œil to evoke depth and meaning, arriving in the form of three-dimensional embroidered detailing and shadow-style prints that almost resemble sculptural pieces. True to the collection’s title, the latest seasonal range sees the label lean into a melange of new tailoring techniques including hand-beading, rope appliqué and precise hand-stitching.

“We wanted this collection to not only refine but expand what our audience has come to love from Pas Une Marque,” explains Pas Une Marque Creative Director Sean Coutts. “The smallest details—the beadwork, the embroidery, the stitching—invite reflection. They ask you to slow down, to notice the craftsmanship that makes each garment unique.”
