Period Correct and Malbon Link Up for "The Champion's Choice" Collection

Malbon‘s ever-expanding roster of collaborators is on the come up once again. This time it’s Period Correct, a brand that, similar to how Malbon operates within golf, takes a lifestyle angle to the automotive world. The collection was first debuted during Monterey Car Week at a pop-up in Malbon’s home base of Carmel, and now it’s set to release online through Period Correct’s website.
The Champion’s Choice collection is defined by a mashup of Malbon and Period Correct logos on primarily white and light colored garments, reflecting the sunny disposition of the Monterey Peninsula. The lead polo from the collection is executed in a 90s windowpane pattern and branded with a crossed racing and golf flag logo on the left chest. For styling inspiration, Malbon paired the shirt with a white hat from the collection, white corduroy pants and a brown leather belt.
The lineup goes on to offer a variety of nylon windbreakers, both short and long sleeve, to account for the dewey Monterey mornings. These pieces are designed with retro piping and various logo hits on the left chest, right sleeve and mid back. Pocket t-shirts round out the collection featuring fun racing takes on the Malbon Buckets logo.
