SAN SAN GEAR Readies ‘League of Legends’ Capsule Collection
Drawing inspiration from the game’s Mount Targon and The Void.
South Korean clothing label SAN SAN GEAR has revealed a new capsule collection in collaboration with Riot Game’s popular IP, League of Legends.
Dubbed “Pivotal Moment,” the range features a lineup of jackets, pants and graphic tees, showcasing bold prints inspired by places from the game. From Mount Targon to The Void, these iconic locations are translated onto classic T-shirts as motifs, lettering and abstract-like patterns. These pieces are rendered in black and a grayscale palette that nods to these two locations.
Other highlighted pieces from the drop include SAN SAN GEAR’s signature windbreaker-style jackets and techwear-esque bottomwear, both imprinted with subtle branding. Although not the most obvious, the jackets are constructed with distinct paneling and piping that pays tribute to elements and creatures from The Void.
The “Pivotal Moment” capsule will land in-store and on SAN SAN GEAR’s official website starting September 6. Preview some of the pieces from the collection in the gallery above.
