'MF Ghost' Season Two Previews New Eurobeat Soundtrack
Also announcing a new City pop-style ending theme song.
With less than a month until the premiere of MF Ghost season two, the production company has shared a new trailer offering fans an ear to its new Eurobeat soundtrack.
In the new promotional video, protagonist Kanata Katagiri is shown driving in his red Toyota GT86, showing no signs of deceleration even amid heavy rain. Picking up from where season one left off, the trailer offers glimpses into the intense race on the Lake Ashinoko GT course that fans have been anticipating for months.
The video also previews “Side U (Prod. AmPm),” a new City pop-style track by Himika Akaneya, who also performed season one’s ending theme song, “Stereo Sunset (Prod. AmPm).”
The second season of MF Ghost will begin airing on October 6 across a number of TV networks in Japan. Simultaneously, overseas fans will be able to watch the new anime through streaming services.
