Tokyo-based SUICOKE has partnered with Kiko Kostadinov and Al Morán‘s OTTO 958 imprint to reinterpret the iconic Vibram FiveFingers silhouette for the summer season. This collaboration marks their first joint project, bringing a fresh perspective to the split-toe footwear design.

The new VFF SUICOKE NIN-SABO-OTTO model features an updated construction inspired by Japanese workwear and OTTO 958’s experimental approach. The lightweight nylon mule-style shoe boasts a colorful finish, drawing design cues from nitrile-dipped workwear gloves and garments. A bold embroidered “O” logomark adorns the front, adding a distinctive touch to the playful aesthetic.

Offered in “Very Peri” and “Pesto” with “Caviar,” the collection exudes a vibrant, contemporary vibe. The shoes retain Vibram’s original MegaGrip outsole and split-toe design, offering unrivaled freedom of movement with their “barefoot” construction.

The campaign, shot in Tokyo, showcases the product in an onsen and a Love Hotel, capturing the essence of Japanese culture with a surrealist twist.

Available now on SUICOKE and OTTO 958’s official websites at $270 USD.
