Update: Japanese graphic artist VERDY has once again captured the attention of the sneaker world after he teased not just one SB Dunk Low project, but two alongside the reveal a collaboration on the Nike SB Ishod 2 as well. In addition to this “VISTY”-themed pair, a “VICK”-themed colorway is coming as well. While we await its official release announcement, a closer look at the “VISTY” iteration has popped up. Its mixed material, pastel-covered build is highlighted once again as new elements like the VISTY keychain and its matching sockliner and tongue graphics have been unveiled. Release remains anticipated for this summer via Nike and select skate shops at a price of $135 USD.

Original Story: VERDY has revealed that he is once again teaming up with the Nike SB team to outfit the ever-popular Nike SB Dunk Low. First outfitting the silhouette via his brand Girls Don’t Cry for Valentine’s Day in 2019, VERDY has tapped into a new theme for his 2024 take on the silhouette.

Revisiting his character VISTY — who originally released as a plush toy in late 2021 and reappeared this year as part of a collaboration with Kid Cudi — the colorful creature serves as inspiration for this unique iteration of the SB Dunk Low. Its multicolored arrangement sees VISTY’s pastel hues of blue, green, yellow and pink combine across a mixed material build. Its toe box, midfoot panel and tongue all feature green hair while the hairy collar favors a pink that matches the leather Swooshes. As for the overlays, a blue corduroy has been prepared. Lastly, yellow appears at the laces and midsole, which rests just above a green rubber outsole.

At the time of writing, neither VERDY nor Nike SB have disclosed any release details regarding this VISTY-themed take on the SB Dunk Low. Stay tuned for updates as we expect this pair to touch down on shelves during the summertime via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $135 USD.
