ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov continue to build momentum on their collaborative sneaker offerings. The newest silhouettes to surface are the GT-2160 in two distinctly different colorways: “Azure” and “Brown Storm.”
Appearance and specs-wise, the two new iterations are sequels to the three UB6-S GT-2160 sneakers that were released back in March. “Azure” boasts a vibrant and high-contrast makeover that’s powered by an electric blue mesh upper, white overlays and sunflower yellow accents.
Meanwhile, “Brown Storm” exudes an autumnal mood with its chocolate brown-heavy palette. Dipped in the rich, luscious hue from upper to outsoles, the shoe is punctuated with pastel yellow and bright pink details — a color combination that’s reminiscent of black forest cakes.
At the time of writing, no further details regarding the sneakers’ exact release date and price points have been confirmed. But the new models will likely feature a similar $150 USD price point as the previous iterations.
