Bentley Unveils Bespoke Mulliner Example of New Continental GT Speed
Showcased at The Quail during this year’s Monterey car week, marking the vehicle’s U.S. debut.
Bentley has introduced its highly anticipated fourth-generation Continental GT Speed to the U.S. market, debuting a bespoke Mulliner example at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week.
The bespoke Continental GT Speed on display features an eye-catching Orange Flame Satin exterior, contrasted with gloss black brightware and 22-inch ten-spoke wheels. Inside, the cabin is meticulously crafted with Gravity Grey and Brunel leathers, accented by vibrant orange highlights that extend Bentley’s legendary attention to detail. The interior’s custom elements are further enhanced by Mulliner’s Personal Commissioning Guide, allowing customers to create unique configurations beyond standard options.
Under the hood, the Continental GT Speed is powered by Bentley’s Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain, a combination of a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine and a powerful electric motor. This hybrid system delivers an astonishing 770 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque, making this model the most dynamic and powerful Bentley ever produced. The car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 208 mph, all while maintaining an electric-only range of 50 miles.
The launch at The Quail marks the beginning of a nationwide tour for the new Continental GT Speed, including customer test drives and events designed to showcase the car’s capabilities. Bentley’s presence at Monterey Car Week is further highlighted by the appearance of the Speed Six Continuation Series and a restored 1961 S2 Drophead Coupe.
As production begins in late Q3, Bentley enthusiasts can expect deliveries of the new Continental GT Speed by Q4.
