Everyone knows the beloved Girl Scout Cookies whether it be “Trefoils,” “Thin Mints,” “Lemonades,” “Caramel deLites” or “Do-si-dos” – with their widespread American popularity reaching back to 1917. But to join in on the conversation, MSCHF has baked its own Scout Cookies.

With the new cookies, the art collective which is known for subverting popular culture, mocks the celebration of capitalism and child labor. One of the main ways it does this is by stating that the cookies are intended for resale through child labor. “The Scouts have found a shortcut to building trust with their buyers. How can a cookie salesman on the street (cookies, of all things!) build the instant rapport needed to convince passersby to open their wallets,” questions the brand? “Ahh, but imagine if our salesman is in fact an adorable child, backed by an organization synonymous with the ever-youthful temporarily-inconvenienced-billionaire optimism of the American Dream? Now we’re cooking with gas. And when you enjoy such tremendous populational goodwill, what’s a red-blooded all-American youth to do but SELL SELL SELL!”

The cookies sales kit see “Treasury Mints,” “Caramel Cashouts” and “Peanut Butter Profits” flavors. But also included with the kits are exclusive items like a cookie tabletop display, a sash with patches and a sales guide. But other scout merch includes a tee, hat and neckerchief.

Head over to MSCHF for more details about the special MSCHF Scouts release.
